Biopolymer prosthesis based on hyaluronic acid, is intended to refill and temporarily replace synovial fluid in joints.

The essence of this technology is in Mannitol’s thermostabilizing properties towards macromolecular compounds of hyaluronic acid, which allow to influence the maximum strength of hydrogen bonds by temperature factors between complexes «Mannitol – Hyaluronic acid». This, in its turn, allows to regulate and compact hyaluronic acid’s molecules with the formation of amide bonds.
